My main aim with this short course is to show you information and tools to get certain parts of your admin cleaned up & hold you accountable to getting them organised – a spring clean so to speak.

WHAT WILL WE COVER IN THESE 4 WEEKS?

Week 1 – Gain an overview, General Tidy Up & Your Mindset

You will gain an overview on the current state of specific admin related tasks. Which then will include a general tidy up to get things under way.

We’ll also cover your mindset; how you think now and how you can start to change your attitude towards this part of your business.

Week 2 - EMAIL & CALENDAR

I’ll show you how to find a better way to deal with your emails, including ideas on developing your own ‘email admin style’.

Using a calendar in your business is crucial to ensure you can be productive but also enjoy time away from work. We will cover some tips and ideas on how to integrate this tool better into your business.

Week 3 - APPS & TOOLS AS WELL AS PASSWORDS

This part of the course is all about what tools and applications you are using in your business – how many are there? How do you use them? Are these REALLY benefiting you? You will work on filtering out the key essential ones and can ditch the rest.

We will look at how you use your passwords and what options there are to keep them safe and secure.

Week 4 - PLANNING & MINDSET

Finally, it is time to think and plan how you will move forward – how will you keep your admin neat and organised? What mindset do you need to continue with this journey as well some tips for those of you who are thinking of creating a (virtual) team around you, now or in the future.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS COURSE?

  • Access to a specific (secret) FB group, where I will go live and cover the relevant week’s topic and homework. It is also a save place where you can chat with your fellow group members, share your progress or struggles and ask questions.
